Hey guys, i think this is too much. After i think about it, i ask myself why made a mountain out of a mole hill? I don't think dumping him aside could change anything. This is seriously stupid! As a crew we should motivate each of our members and not putting blames on others or i would rather say not criticizing. Don't go around the bushes and please don't roll your eyes or make funny faces. Quit that, its totally pathetic. Straight off to his face and tell him if you are not interested. That's the best way if guess. Doesn't mean we lose, we have to blame him. Remember one thing, we are all one. Its all 'Adat Pertandingan'. There is always a winner and loser. You can't expect us to win all the time.*For goodness sake* We are not a professional dancer.
